Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please provide at least 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
We realize that appointment adjustments on occasion are unavoidable. Please bear in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to loss opportunities for both your stylist and our guests.
Guests who persistently cancel or do not show up for an appointments may be asked to prepay for future services. Such services will only be redeemable at the time of the scheduled appointment and the charge will be non-refundable.
Guests who cancel or No-Show their appointment morning of (under 24 hours notice) will be charged %30 of the service total.
3.5% credit card fee for all credit card transactions.
